Yes. There are many digital gift cards available for redemption; we no longer offer physical gift cards in the Sony Rewards catalog. Digital gift cards offer the same great value and convenience and you will receive a digital gift card via email to the email address on your account. The sender of the email after you redeem your points for a digital gift card will be Rewarddelivery@HawkMarketplace.com. Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive an email with the digital code and allow up to 48 hours for delivery.

Cardholders must close their credit card account before they can delete their Sony Rewards account. Once you’ve closed your credit card account, you can delete your Sony Rewards account by taking the following steps.
Log into the website and go to the My account section. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Delete My Sony Rewards Account, and follow the steps on the screen. You can also delete your Sony Rewards account in the mobile app by logging in and going to the Profile section.
