What does this mean for me?
• You can continue to use your Sony and PlayStation® Visa® Credit Cards to make purchases and earn points in the Sony Rewards program through December 31, 2024, which is the last day to redeem those points for items in the Sony Rewards catalog.
• After Sony Rewards ends, your credit card will become part of a rewards program called PlayStation® Credit Card Rewards, brought to you by Sony Interactive Entertainment and Comenity Bank. Subject to that program’s terms and conditions, you can start earning PlayStation Credit Card Rewards points on purchases you make with your credit card. For more information, click here.

Please be sure to retrieve any unused digital codes you earned or redeemed in the Points activity section under the My account section of the website or mobile app. Simply login, go to the My account section, and then click on Points activity. You can also check your inbox for an email from donotreply@member.sonyrewards.com, as you always receive an email with your redemption code after your redemption is processed.
To view your points balance, log into your Sony Rewards account. Then, on the Sony Rewards website, you can see your points balance in the top-right corner.
In the Sony Rewards mobile app, you can also see your points balance in the top-right corner. Or you can tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner. At the top of your Profile, you’ll see your points balance.

Website: After logging into the website go to My account and click on Points activity within the Activity section. Click on the activity titled Reward, which will populate under the shipped date. Here, you’ll find your Code.
Mobile App: After logging in, go to Profile and click See Points Activity. Then click on the activity titled Reward to view your Code. The Code will populate under the shipped date.
The last day to redeem for a PlayStation™Store code in the Sony Rewards catalog will be December 31, 2024. Please allow up to 5 business days for your Code to become available. The Sony Rewards website and mobile app will no longer be available after December 31, 2024, so please keep this in mind when you redeem for a Code.

After you submit a Purchase Credit Request form and it has been processed, Sony Rewards will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your Sony Rewards account. Upon approval of your Purchase Credit Request form, we will send a credit to be processed by Comenity Bank at a rate of $1.00 for every 100 Sony Rewards points deducted from your Sony Rewards account. Only the amount charged to your credit card for the Sony product is eligible. Comenity Bank will typically process the Purchase Credit to your credit card account within 5 business days, but it may take longer.

2. Log into the Sony Rewards mobile app, and tap on Profile.
3. Tap on Points for Product Purchases, then select Bonus Points and Purchase Credit Requests.
4. Tap Submit a receipt to take a picture of your receipt.
5. Complete your purchase information.
6. Check the box “I want to use points as a credit toward this purchase”
7. Tap Submit.
All Purchase Credit Request forms must be submitted in the mobile app within 60 days of the applicable purchase, but no later than December 31, 2024, as the mobile app will no longer be available after that date.
Physical Purchase Credit Request forms can be accessed here and mailed in within 60 days of an applicable purchase but must be postmarked by July 21, 2024. After that date, you can no longer submit physical forms, but you may continue to submit Purchase Credit Request forms within 60 days of an applicable purchase on the mobile app through December 31, 2024.
Log into the Sony Rewards mobile app and tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner. Then scroll down and select Points for Product Purchases. From here you can select Review Status of Submissions. Please allow at least 5 business days before viewing the status of your Purchase Credit Requests.

Here's how to submit a Bonus Points request:
1. Purchase Sony or PlayStation® items with your Sony Visa® or PlayStation® Visa® Credit Card at any authorized retailer. You can find a complete list of retailers here.

3. Tap on Points for Product Purchases, then select Bonus Points and Purchase Credit Requests.

6. Check the box “I want to use points as a credit toward this purchase” for purchase credit if you would like to receive a statement credit, too.
7. Tap Submit.
Once your Bonus Points Request form has been processed, Sony Rewards will send a confirmation email to the address on your Sony Rewards account. Points will be posted to your Sony Rewards account upon approval. If you requested a Statement Credit too, we will send the credit to be processed by Comenity Bank at a rate of $1.00 for every 100 Sony Rewards points deducted from your Sony Rewards account. Comenity Bank will typically process the statement credit to your credit card account within 5 business days, but it may take longer. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the statement credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Note: Only use the Bonus Points Request form for purchases made at authorized retailers. Bonus points for purchases made directly with Sony will automatically post to your Sony Rewards account when your credit card statement is issued.

To update your Sony Rewards profile, log into the Sony Rewards website, click the drop-down arrow in the top-right corner, and select My account. From here you can update your profile under Personal information.

Log into the website and go to the My account section. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Delete My Sony Rewards Account, and follow the steps on the screen. You can also delete your Sony Rewards account in the mobile app by logging in and going to the Profile section. Tap Helpful Information, then tap Delete My Sony Rewards Account and follow the steps on the screen. If you delete your Sony Rewards account, you will forfeit any Sony Rewards points in your account and points cannot be reinstated once you delete your account.
