You can submit a “Purchase Credit Request” form on the Sony Rewards mobile app within 60 days of your applicable purchase, but no later than December 31, 2024. A physical Purchase Credit Request form may also be submitted within 60 days of an applicable purchase but must be postmarked by July 21, 2024. After that date, you will no longer be able to mail in a physical Purchase Credit Request form, but can continue to submit Purchase Credit Request forms on the mobile app.

To use the Purchase Credit option, you must purchase a Sony or PlayStation product from an authorized retailer with your credit card and submit your Purchase Credit Request form in the mobile app within 60 days of your purchase, but no later than December 31, 2024. Physical Purchase Credit Request forms may also be mailed in within 60 days of an applicable purchase and must be postmarked by July 21, 2024. After that date, you will no longer be able to mail in a physical Purchase Credit Request form but can continue to submit Purchase Credit Request forms within 60 days of an applicable purchase on the mobile app through December 31, 2024.

After you submit a Purchase Credit Request form and it has been processed, Sony Rewards will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your Sony Rewards account. Upon approval of your Purchase Credit Request form, we will send a credit to be processed by Comenity Bank at a rate of $1.00 for every 115 Sony Rewards points deducted from your Sony Rewards account.
