The Sony Rewards program ended on December 31, 2024, which was the last day to redeem points in the Sony Rewards catalog and access your account. The Sony Rewards website and mobile application (“mobile app”) are no longer available.

If you are a Sony or PlayStation® Visa® Credit Cardholder, your credit card will become part of a rewards program called PlayStation® Credit Card Rewards, brought to you by Sony Interactive Entertainment and Comenity Bank, subject to that program’s terms and conditions. What happened to my Sony Rewards points?
If you did not have a Sony or PlayStation® Visa® Credit Card as of December 31, 2024, your points expired.

What will happen to my PlayStation® Visa® or Sony Visa® Credit Card after the Sony Rewards program ends?

I submitted a Purchase Credit Request form before December 31, 2024.
How can I check the status of my Purchase Credit?

Once your Purchase Credit Request form has been processed, Sony Rewards sends a confirmation email to the email address associated with your Sony Rewards account. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for the Purchase Credit to post to your credit card account and 1-2 billing cycles for the Purchase Credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you have further questions or want to check the status, you can call Customer Service at 1-888-715-7669 from now through 8:00pm Eastern Time on February 14, 2025. Customer Service will no longer be available after February 14, 2025.

I have questions or have an issue with my order, where shall I call?

I no longer want the item I ordered. Can I return the order?
No, all redemptions are final.

What will happen to my data?
Sony will maintain the data associated with the Sony Rewards program for only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including any additional time period necessary to meet Sony legal obligations. Sony will continue to apply the protections of the Privacy Policy, and allow consumers to exercise their rights over their data, for as long as Sony keeps any personally identifiable data from the Sony Rewards program.
